Residential Lawn Care and Landscaping Services
We offer standalone/one-off services that you can utilize as needed. These services include:
Pruning. Note: This service is only provided for lawn mowing customers.
Leaf cleanup. Note: This service is included with the Lawn Mowing Plus and the Full Lawn Service plans.
Pine Straw Installation

One time cleanups
Plant and tree installations
Flower bed renovations
Landscape drainage repair/installation
Spring Cleanups
Lawn Aerating and Re-seeding during the fall only September, early October.

We will offer a 26 visit package for some customers this would be a bi weekly schedule year round service
January 1 visit (finish leaf cleanup)
February 1 visit (makes sure property is neat)
March 2 visit (begin preparation for spring)
April through September will be bi weekly (mowing, string trimming,
October 2 visit (mowing lawn as needed and begin fall cleanups)
November 2 visits (fall cleanup)
December 1 visit (fall cleanup)
In this package it is possible for there to be 24 to 26 visits depending on how the 5th weeks fall according to the day of week we service your property. This case scenario will work it out in time.

Our Economy Package – great if you have little leaf or limb cleanup
January 1 visit (finish leaf cleanup)
February 1 visit (makes sure property is neat)
March 1 visit (begin preparation for spring)
April through September weekly visits (mowing, string trimming,
October 2 visit (mowing lawn as needed and begin fall cleanups)
November 2 visits (fall cleanup)
December 2 visit (fall cleanup)
In this package it is possible for there to be 34 or 36 visits depending on how the 5th weeks fall according to the day of week we service your property. This case scenario will work it out in time.
40 Visit Package
Our most popular package
January 1 visit (finish leaf cleanup)
February 1 visit (make sure property is neat)
March 1 to 2 visits (If you have very few leaves and need more spring attention we will make 2 visits in March. Begin preparation for spring.
April through November weekly visits (mow, string trim, bi-weekly edging, and blowing. Then transition over to fall leaf cleanup through November)
December 1 to 2 visits (If you have more trees and need more fall attention we will make 2 visits in December for leaf cleanup.
If you review our service offerings above, you will notice that we offer a wide variety of services that will meet most needs – but we don’t do everything that those mega-sized landscaping companies do. This is in accordance with our beliefs that we want to provide you the best services, at the best cost. In looking at providing these services extra services, we found it would increase the overall cost for all customers, even those that didn’t use the services. Because we want to provide our lawn care services at the highest quality and best price,
we’ve partnered with other service providers that provide fertilization service. We will gladly provide referrals for these services upon request.

I hired Sexton Lawn Care to lay down a pallet of fescue sod in the backyard of my house, which was for sale and unoccupied. Chris, the owner, responded extremely quickly, and his team was able to buy and lay the sod the verynext business day! He even bought and set up a sprinkler timer and sprinkler, so that the sod could get regular waterings during the first two weeks. This was to get the sod established. These guys did an amazing job! The builder did a poor job with my backyard and after a few years, it was basically dirt and rocks. They laid 13 pallets of sod and my backyard looks perfect. Chris stayed in communication with me and came back to make sure everything was done properly. I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend this lawn service! He has been maintaining my lawn all year long and it has never looked so good. The prices are affordable and competitive. He did things such as mow my lawn, clear certain areas that had become overgrown with weeds, and he cleaned up any fallen leaves. He also went above and beyond after one of my dead trees had fallen down. He helped clear out a bunch of the branches that were left on the ground when he was just there to mow the lawn that day.
